Before installing the add-on, license the DocuShare server for Lifecycle Manager. Also, make sure the downloaded Lifecycle Manager software is located in a directory on the server.

1. Stop DocuShare.
2. In the Lifecycle Manager software download, locate and double-click dsInstall.exe.
3. Select the language and click OK.
4. Select the installation location and click Next.
5. Select Install Lifecycle Manager.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
7. After the installation is complete, start DocuShare.

Refer to the DocuShare Lifecycle Manager Guide located on the Help Desk for instructions on how to configure and use the add-on.

5. Select Uninstall Lifecycle Manager.
6. Follow the onscreen instructions to uninstall the add-on.
7. After uninstalling the add-on, start DocuShare.
8. Remove the Lifecycle Manager Policies link from the DocuShare home page by displaying the Properties page for the link and clicking Delete URL. (Go to My DocuShare; Lifecycle Manager Policies appears under Site Home.)
