Overview This file, fp213p07.exe , contains 3 files : DocuShare.jar , SPAR706516240Patch_2_1_3_63.jar and fp213p07_Readme.txt . The patch has been released to address the problems described on item II below and it is only for installation on a FlowPort server running FlowPort 2.1.1 SP2 ( 2.1.3.63 ). When initialized, the DocuShare.jar engine will log a DEBUG entry to the latest DAE log file. This entry identifies the DocuShare.jar with a release date version. II. Fixes on this patch * DocuShare version 3.0 ( DS3 ) fails to work with FlowPort New implementations on DocuShare version 3.0 have caused a communication breakdown with between FlowPort and DocuShare 3.0. This patch ( fp213p07.exe ) provides the mean for FlowPort to communicate with DocuShare 3.0. Please note that all Forms that were created for DocuShare 2.2 must be edited in order to work with the new adjustments of DocuShare 3.0. Please Contact FlowPort Support and/or DocuShare Support for more information. Other DocuShare patches may be needed to be able to use handprint regions in Document Management fields for documents stored to DocuShare 3.0 repositories. Please consult with DocuShare Support to verify that you have the necessary DocuShare patch installed. * arrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error When printing a token for a DocuShare file and the user's locale is set for a language other than English, an arrayIndexOutOfBoundsException error may occur. This patch corrects this problem for all locales. * Cannot specify multiple DocuShare collections on same coversheet Specifying multiple DocuShare collections on the same Distribute Document cover sheet on a DocuShare server hosted by Netscape Enterprise web server, would result in a NullPointerException error. * Some Java enhancements and work-arounds Changes were made to implement a workaround for a Java URLConnection problem. * Improved Docushare Error Messages For a few cases where uploading a document to a DocuShare repository fails, some nullPointerException error messages are now replaced with more descriptive messages. These messages may assist the user, DocuShare or FlowPort support personnel in diagnosing some of those problems. III. Patches Superseded * 2.1.3.63.37 * 2.1.3.63.29 * 2.1.3.63.27 IV.
